Located in the heart of Mayfair between Bond Street and Savile Row, 3 Burlington Gardens incorporates office and retail space, with the famous Cecconi’s restaurant located on the ground floor. MoreySmith was selected by EPIC for its proven experience in undertaking refurbishment projects that maximise rental yield and investment. The brief was to refurbish this prestigious building to provide a unique, high-specification office facility.
The project included the reception and basement areas, 25,703 sq ft of office space set over the second to the fifth floors and the fit-out of the seventh floor for the client. The extensive refurbishment included four floors of high specification category A fit-out with the aim of maximising daylight and views of the historic surroundings.
Elegant finishes are evident throughout the space, with the reception area reinforcing the boutique feel.This features a lacquered reception desk with upholstered, stitched leather panels, a pearlescent Italian mosaic installation on the main back wall of reception draws the eye, with crystal pendants providing subtle illumination.
