“MoreySmith have totally transformed 215 Great Portland Street into a very impressive and desirable building with a striking new top floor. Tenants are discerning and notice the quality of finishes in a building, and the high specification and attention to detail at 215 has drawn high praise from all viewings.”

Mark Phillips, Edward Charles & Partners

The project at 215 Great Portland Street was an extensive refurbishment to strip it back to the shell of a 3530sq m 1960s building. This creative transformation of a tired ‘grey’ building includes the addition of a new sixth floor with a curved, zinc clad roof and timber decked terraces overlooking Regents Park. The new sixth floor provides column-free studio workspace with stunning 3.8m high curved ceilings and spectacular views all round with a Sedum green-roofing to the side terrace.

The entrance façade and reception features a double height cut away creating a bridge walkway at first level which is further enhanced by the detail and quality of the all-round specification of oiled timber wall panels, honed grey limestone floors and a leather wrapped reception desk with light diffusing Okalux glass.
