Linda Morey- Burrows, Principal Director, MoreySmith

MoreySmith has created a new 15,000 sq ft, London headquarters for Moët Hennessy UK. Modern interiors have been inserted into the Grade II listed, Georgian building which create an environment that reflects the company’s history and its contemporary relevance.

The challenge of working within a listed building was dealt with in two main ways. The first being the lateral conversion of the interior, which aimed at opening up the space and making the most of natural light and the second was the implementation of vertical connectivity, which was achieved through the addition of a feature staircase, which worked to restore a sense of cohesion amongst a hitherto segregated team.
