We maximise the best attributes of the existing building stock, adding contemporary interventions to revive and restore them to the modern day. Our new buildings also reflect the historical context of each site and are designed to withstand time, as an integral part of the urban fabric.

    We tailor our approach to each client and immerse our team deep within their organisation. Initial stages benefit from detailed analyses, intimate focus groups, interviews and employee surveys, which are highly efficient tools to gain invaluable insight into the sentiment of the workforce. Supporting this, Time & Motion studies provide direct understanding of how people work and interact. Compiling our findings into a detailed report then informs our strategic reviews and design proposals going forward.

    Strategic Building Review

    In commercial environments, collating calculative data is crucial to assess the space allocation of key facilities, communal and department specific areas. We provide zoning strategies that consider traffic, circulation, acoustics and access to daylight, as well as contingency, expansion and storage solutions. We collaborate with specialist consultants; environmental, IT/AV, catering and in-house teams to apply our findings and develop a strategy that meets the requirements our client’s built environments.

    CGI & VR ANIMATION

    Our in-house CGI capability provides a unique opportunity to visualise designs in an engaging and realistic way. This can be implemented through static imagery, immersive VR headsets and walk-through web programmes. While often fundamental for design approval, these are also hugely popular for employee engagement and to provide the whole organisation with access to design proposals throughout each stage of the project.
