A brilliant feature at Maple House for Lazari Investments. Originally designed in 1973 by Richard Seifert, this Brutalist landmark has been thoughtfully reimagined by MoreySmith into a warm, hospitality-inspired reception space. Now serving as a welcoming threshold for the build-to-rent community above, the design honours the building’s concrete heritage while introducing refined materials and bespoke craftsmanship.
