Introducing an understated luxury was key to our approach when leading the high-specification refurbishment of the public areas at 123 Victoria Street, a development by Landsec. The design includes flexible modern office space that offers stylish interiors and the very best in retail accommodation across 12 floors and 227,200 sq ft. As well as striking new reception areas, stunning views from the terraces, and an entirely transformed external façade, 123 Victoria Street now boasts carefully selected art installations, the most prominent being a work by Conrad Shawcross.

The ceiling height, the rotating sculpture appears to float, animating the space as it revolves. It also creates dynamic reflections in the Victoria Street entrance window, capturing the attention of potential occupiers and passers-by alike with its intricate craftsmanship.
