Located in the heart of Mayfair, close to the buzz of Oxford Circus and Regent Street, 16 Hanover Street is a prime location for a workspace development. We are refurbishing the 1960’s building for property developers Kasamar Holdings and Morgan Capital, in response to the period architecture within the Mayfair Conservation Area.

A new high-quality façade and reception will improve the street presence, in line with heritage buildings that are adjacent and will appeal to new tenants from finance, tech and luxury retail businesses. The core of the 8-floor building will be reconfigured and the floor plate at the rear of the building will be extended to create a tiered rear façade and create private roof terraces at the upper levels. A communal roof terrace will offer outdoor access to tenants on all floors, while cycle storage and shower facilities are also provided at the basement level.
