MoreySmith, in partnership with Lazari Investments, has transformed 23 Savile Row, enhancing its façade and completely redesigning the reception lobby, atrium, lifts, and facilities.

23 Savile Row comprises commercial office spaces that are currently home to financial, real estate and investment firms, with the blue-chip gallery Hauser & Wirth gallery on either side of the redeveloped ground floor entrance.

High quality amenities include new lounge and dining areas, as well as a luxury coffee bar in the atrium open day and night, featuring a carved marble worktop that curves out from the timber base.

Blending architectural innovation, exquisite materials, and curated artworks, 23 Savile Row is now a refined, welcoming destination—seamlessly uniting design, craftsmanship, and heritage to create a sophisticated hospitality experience.

MoreySmith worked with the contemporary art consultancy ArtSource to curate all artwork in the new reception. The bespoke sculptures personify the space, with the artwork viewable from the street to link back to the building’s arcade-life origins.
