Hanover Place
London
2026
Appointed by Frank Capital following its acquisition of Hanover Place, MoreySmith designed the first-floor marketing suite and later the company’s headquarters within the building. The 2,500 sq ft marketing suite was conceived as a refined, fully functioning workplace that gives prospective tenants a tangible experience of the building’s potential. Designed to demonstrate flexibility, performance and everyday usability, the space combines collaborative desks, private booths, a boardroom and breakout areas to support a variety of working styles while maximising natural light and views across London.
Drawing on Mayfair’s architectural heritage and luxury retail context, the design layers warm timber joinery, tactile soft furnishings and a muted tonal palette to create a calm, sophisticated atmosphere. Bespoke Breccia Capraia marble and solid brass detailing introduce moments of crafted luxury, balancing functionality with a sense of understated elegance. These principles continue on the second floor, now home to Frank Capital’s headquarters, where the design philosophy for Hanover Place is fully realised.
