We are so excited to unveil the dramatic renovation of Henrietta House in collaboration with CBRE and Lazari Investments. The landmark project has seen the historic building totally refurbished, including a dramatic 40,500 sq. ft new-build extension to the rear, with two atriums and an external courtyard increasing the net area by 45% to 144,500 sq. ft.

Located off the iconic Bond Street, the redesign includes a two-story retail style façade with a new curved glass front, in keeping with the strong brand of the global property specialist.

When viewing the original site, MoreySmith saw the potential of expanding over the loading bay to the rear of the building, creating a people-centric location for CBRE’s HQ. The new extension slotted into negative space between existing buildings, giving CBRE extra volume in a prime location without the need for extensive demolition of the existing structure.

The building has been awarded WELL Certification at Platinum level, the highest rating level in the WELL Building Standard. In addition, it is on track to achieve BREEAM Excellent, which recognises the building’s environmental performance as being amongst the 10% of UK non-domestic buildings.
