Coca-Cola
London
2014
Set over four floors in London’s Fitzrovia, our design of Coca Cola’s London headquarters centred on the wellbeing and productivity of their 300 employees. The design unites the ornate building facade with a modern rear extension, while the interior is an expression of the brand’s heritage and place in popular culture.
We designed a diverse and unique range of collaborative work environments and social spaces for full flexibility, creativity and functionality including open plan, informal workspaces and meeting rooms in a vibrant and inspiring scheme.
A custom-built, double-sided brand wall including original Coca-Cola memorabilia from the US archives displays the brand’s long heritage, and provides a spectacular backdrop to the new three storey staircase which connects all workplace floors and promotes movement, connectivity and interaction throughout the 60,000 sq ft building.
The fourth floor bar and social space leads out to a BALI award winning 4,000 sq ft roof garden that provides a habitat for wildlife in the heart of the West End, and an outside space for relaxation and team activities. Combined with other sustainable features such as photovoltaic panels, LED lighting and reclaimed materials throughout, these offices achieved a SKA Gold Award.
