Originally built in the late seventeenth century, we restored and refurbished the interior and exterior of this Grade II Listed house near Bath, to create a contemporary family home. Set over three floors, the Georgian rectory has been remodelled into a spacious six-bedroom house retaining the existing character by mixing original features with considered modern additions.

Openings were created to link the key rooms, increasing natural light and flow between the spaces. En-suite bathrooms were added throughout, as well as a home workspace, dressing room, snooker room, guest wing and self-contained top floor apartment, all complimented by new contemporary furniture and lighting.

The external restoration included masonry repairs and repointing, external window and roof repairs and lead flashing replacement.
