In the heart of historic Clerkenwell, this 19th century Grade II listed property, formerly a counting house for a Victorian Brewery, has been refurbished into a contemporary home for a London based family to suit the unique and eclectic building and the lifestyle of it’s owners.

Throughout the lower floors of the 4,600 sq ft three storey home, the best of the Victorian features have been conserved and complimented with contemporary finishes and a curated selection of vintage and modern furniture, and a collection of unique artworks.
The 4.2m high ceilings are a central feature of the ground floor kitchen, whilst the two upper floors have tranquil bedrooms and informal sitting rooms and a small second floor terrace for outdoor relaxation.

A striking black steel metal spiral stair descends from ground floor to the basement level. In a design that mixes the industrial with comfort, it has been transformed to accommodate a home gym and sauna, bathroom, utility room and an intimate underground bar and lounge creating an inviting and luxurious space for entertaining.
