MoreySmith, in partnership with AshbyCapital and Aviva Investors, has completed a landmark refurbishment in Fitzrovia. Two Fitzroy Place is home to a diverse tenant base across finance, technology, law and real estate.

The hospitality-inspired design introduces an elevated entrance experience through a newly designed reception, lift lobbies and lifts.
